Glowsome Relationships

Nurturing relationships
anytime, anywhere.

Behind the scenes

Who built Glowie and why?

My name is Lucie Rust and I created Glowie based on my knowledge as a systemic couples psychotherapist and coach based in Prague, working with clients from all over the world.

After years of working with individuals and couples on themes of intimacy, relationships and emotional well-being, I noticed a recurring gap: the space between therapy sessions, where people are left alone with their thoughts, questions and feelings, without a safe place to explore them.

Glowie was built to fill that space. She is a warm, non-directive AI companion grounded in systemic therapy principles, designed to support self-reflection, emotional exploration and deeper self-understanding.

Glowie is a warm, non-directive AI companion grounded in systemic therapy principles. She helps you slow down, explore what you are experiencing and see your situation from broader perspectives.

Your journey

Gentle, curious dialogue.

Glowie accompanies you on your journey of self-discovery through gentle, curious dialogue. She helps you:

  • Recognize recurring relationship patterns and their roots
  • Deepen understanding of your emotions and bodily signals
  • Find new perspectives in challenging situations
  • Cultivate a kinder relationship with yourself and others
  • Integrate therapy insights into your daily life

Unlike ordinary chatbots, Glowie works systemically – seeing you as the expert on your own life, asking open, reflective questions, and supporting your own discoveries without instructions or "right answers.”

Your conversations with Glowie remain completely private. Information you share is only used to personalize your experience. It's not shared with third parties or used for purposes other than providing this service.

Unlike me, she's available whenever you need space for reflection, between sessions, or when seeking support processing new insights.

Glowie isn't a replacement for therapy, but a valuable guide extending the therapeutic space beyond our meetings and supporting the continuity of your growth.

Join the community of clients already discovering deeper layers of self-understanding with Glowie's compassionate support.

What Glowie can do

A space to notice, question and understand.

Glowie can help you reflect on patterns in your relationships, explore different perspectives, put words to feelings and think more deeply about the way you connect with yourself and others.

She can ask reflective questions, help you pause in emotionally charged moments and give you a private place to explore thoughts that may still feel unfinished.

What Glowie cannot do

Glowie is a companion. She is not a therapist.

Glowie does not diagnose, provide medical or psychological treatment, make decisions for you or replace professional therapy.

She is designed to support reflection, not to tell you what to do. If you need professional or urgent support, you should contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

Glowie's foundations

What knowledge is Glowie based on?

Glowie is built on my professional practice and integrates knowledge from many areas:

Systemic and Narrative Therapy

Works with you in the context of your relationships and systems, helping you transform limiting stories into empowering ones and see yourself and situations from new angles.

Attachment Theory and Relationship Dynamics

Helps understand your relationship patterns, attachment styles, and recurring interaction cycles in close relationships.

Communication and Emotional Regulation

Supports the development of healthy communication patterns, emotional processing, and building emotional resilience in relationships and with yourself.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Supports you in recognizing different "parts" of your personality, their motivations and needs, and cultivating internal dialogue between them.

Embodiment and Somatic Awareness

Helps you notice bodily signals, work with physical experiences, and use bodily wisdom as a source of information.

Sex Therapy best of practices

Provides a respectful space for exploring desire patterns, pleasure, bodily responses, and intimate boundaries. Supports untangling cultural messages about sexuality while honoring your unique experience and personal values.

Female Sexuality and Cyclical Changes

Includes understanding specific aspects of female desire, libido, and the influence of hormonal and life cycles on sexuality and relationships.

Ethical Non-monogamy and Diverse Relationship Structures

Offers a respectful space for exploring various relationship configurations based on consent, communication, and ethics.

Glowie aims to work systemically – seeing you as the expert on your own life, using curious, open questions, and supporting your own discoveries without presenting universal truths or instructions.

About Lucie

The person behind Glowie.

Systemic couples psychotherapist and coach based in Prague, working with individuals and couples from around the world.

Behind the scenes

Why I built Glowie?

I created Glowie based on my knowledge as a systemic couples psychotherapist and coach based in Prague, working with clients from all over the world.

She does not give advice or diagnoses. She asks questions, holds space and accompanies users at their own pace.

My goal was to create something that extends the therapeutic process into everyday life, making reflective support accessible to anyone who needs it, not just those who can afford regular therapy sessions.

Behind the scenes of making Lucie

My professional background.

For a long time, my work revolved around understanding how people think, feel, and make decisions. At the beginning of my career this curiosity led me into the world of communication, advertising and research, where creativity, storytelling, and experimentation are part of everyday work. Over the years I came to realise that the most interesting stories are not the ones we create for audiences, but the ones people live inside their relationships.

Over the past 6 years I have spent thousands of hours sitting with couples a couples therapist and a coach based in the heart of Europe. I work with clients from around the world, while my main private practice is rooted in the Czech Republic, where I also meet clients face-to-face.

My professional path began with a Master’s degree in Communication from Aston University and nearly two decades spent studying human behaviour and communication across cultures. Working in the Czech Republic, Germany, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates gave me a deep appreciation for how differently people understand closeness, freedom, and commitment.

At the same time, my curiosity about the human mind was always accompanied by a respect for evidence and research. Over time my professional focus gradually shifted from communication between brands and audiences to communication between people in close relationships. This led me to systemic therapy and further integrative training in couples and family therapy, where I deepened my understanding of intimacy, trust, and the relational dynamics that shape how partners meet each other. Today my work combines evidence-based knowledge about relationships with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to explore what is unique to each couple.

I believe relationships are not puzzles to solve but landscapes to explore. Another important lesson along the way was learning the value of slowing down. In a fast-paced world that constantly asks us to analyse, explain, and solve, relationships often need something different — space to pause, notice what is happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with lived experience. Therapy can become a place where this slowing down allows new understanding and possibilities to emerge.

Beyond my professional work, I am also a mother, partner, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. Outside the therapy room I recharge through movement and creativity — rock climbing, freeriding, writing, dancing, yoga, and occasionally attempting to sing.
